From the first conversation through delivery and installation, FrameSmart makes custom framing personal, convenient and grounded in the place where the finished piece will live.
1. Consultation
We meet at your home, office or project site to consider the piece, the space and what you want the finished presentation to accomplish.
4. Framing
Your piece is framed using appropriate materials and techniques, with care given to both presentation and preservation.
Design begins where the piece will live.
The consultation is more than choosing a frame.
We look at the piece in its actual setting—wall color, architecture, furnishings, lighting, scale and the objects around it. That context helps us narrow the choices and make decisions that feel connected to both the piece and the space.

2. Design
We consider moulding, matting, glazing, mounting and scale together, using the piece and its environment to guide the choices.
6. Installation
The finished piece is returned to the space it was designed for.

We focus on materials and combinations that genuinely suit the project rather than presenting an overwhelming wall of options.
3. Pickup
Once the design is approved, FrameSmart takes the piece for production. There is no need to transport it to a storefront.
5. Delivery
Narrow the choices.
You can be as involved as you like—from choosing every detail to simply asking, “What would you do with it?”
